1.1 General Terms: GSC Trading Company ("GSC" or the "Company") reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any withdrawal request ("Withdrawal Request") submitted by a Client ("Client") in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, and subject to all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies established by GSC.

1.2 Criteria for Withdrawal Approval: The Client acknowledges and agrees that all Withdrawal Requests are subject to review and approval by GSC, and such approval shall be contingent upon, but not limited to, the following factors:

(a) Compliance Verification: The Client's adherence to all applicable compliance requirements, including but not limited to, the Company's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, and other regulatory obligations as prescribed by relevant legal and regulatory authorities. The Company reserves the right to withhold or deny any Withdrawal Request pending further compliance verification or in the event of a discrepancy in the Client's submitted documentation.

(b) Active Trading Orders: The Client's outstanding and active trading positions and orders within the trading platform. The Company may deny any Withdrawal Request where, in the sole discretion of GSC, the Client's account holds open or pending orders that are deemed inconsistent with the requested withdrawal amount, or where such withdrawal would materially affect the Client's margin requirements or expose GSC to unacceptable financial risk.

(c) Credits and Bonuses: Any bonuses, credits, or promotional amounts ("Bonuses") received by the Client from GSC or other affiliated entities, whether credited directly into the Client's account or provided through any form of incentive programs, shall be subject to specific withdrawal conditions. The Client acknowledges that any such Bonuses may be subject to wagering, trading volume, or other conditions as defined by GSC at the time of issuance. Failure to fulfill such conditions may result in the denial of the Withdrawal Request, in whole or in part.

(d) Financial Conditions and Internal Review: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company's financial department has the exclusive authority to evaluate and assess the financial conditions surrounding any requested withdrawal. Such evaluation may include an assessment of the Client's overall financial activity within the trading account, including but not limited to deposit patterns, withdrawal history, trading volumes, risk profiles, and any other financial factors deemed pertinent by GSC. Based on this internal review, GSC reserves the right to approve, delay, modify, or deny the Withdrawal Request as it deems necessary to protect its financial interests.

Section 2: Company's Discretion and Right to Deny Withdrawal

2.1 Absolute Discretion: GSC retains the absolute discretion to refuse, reject, delay, or impose conditions on any Withdrawal Request, including, without limitation, the right to limit or withhold any withdrawal if GSC determines, in its sole discretion, that such withdrawal would violate any applicable law, regulation, policy, or internal procedure, or if the request is deemed to be inconsistent with the integrity of the financial system.

2.2 Financial Risks: GSC may, at its sole discretion, withhold or delay any withdrawal if it believes that the requested withdrawal could result in an excessive risk to the Company's financial stability, including but not limited to concerns about liquidity, credit risk, or exposure to market volatility.

2.3 Regulatory Compliance: In the event that GSC receives any notification, inquiry, or request for information from any regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body regarding the Client's financial activity, GSC may, in its sole discretion, withhold any requested withdrawals pending the resolution of such inquiry or investigation.
2.4 Fraudulent Activity and Risk Management: GSC reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or deny any Withdrawal Request in the event that fraudulent activity, irregular trading patterns, or any other behavior deemed suspicious is identified on the Client's account. In such circumstances, GSC shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such denial, and the Company retains the right to take further legal action as necessary.

Section 3: Notification of Withdrawal Approval or Denial

3.1 Notification Process: Upon the submission of a Withdrawal Request, the Client will be notified in writing of the status of the request, including whether it has been approved, denied, delayed, or modified, in accordance with the aforementioned conditions. Such notifications shall be sent via email, or via any other communication method deemed appropriate by GSC.

3.2 Withdrawal Denial: In the event that a Withdrawal Request is denied, the Client shall be provided with a brief explanation outlining the general reason for such denial. However, GSC reserves the right to withhold the full details of the rationale if disclosure of such information would violate internal policies or regulatory requirements.

Section 4: Modification of Terms

4.1 Amendment and Alteration: GSC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Withdrawal Clause at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to regularly review the Company's Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes.

4.2 Binding Effect: By initiating a Withdrawal Request, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Clause and acknowledges that the approval or denial of any withdrawal is entirely at the discretion of GSC, subject to the conditions outlined herein.

Section 5: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

5.1 Governing Law: This Withdrawal Clause shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which GSC operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

5.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Withdrawal Clause shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the designated arbitration body in the jurisdiction where GSC operates, and the Client hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such arbitration.
